Description

Please compare the 2 versions of constructFiberFlatTask in obs_pfs tickets/~~PIPE2D-77~~ and tickets/~~PIPE2D-77~~_1profile for quality and speed. For the difference between both versions please refer to comments in ~~PIPE2D-77~~. In short, tickets/~~PIPE2D-77~~ reconstructs each dithered FiberTrace, while tickets/~~PIPE2D-77~~_1profile only reconstructs the sum of the dithered {{FiberTrace}}s. Maybe we even want to keep both of them...
