 Description   

Please make sure that the cosmics and other pixels rejected by the extraction procedure are added to the Mask.
Currently we are iterating (parameters `maxIterSig`, `lowerSigma`, `upperSigma`) over the profile fitting algorithm to identify cosmics and bad pixels, but the rejected pixels are not added to the mask. Please fix that
