We're not ready to this at the pipeline level yet.
However, in the context of the NAOJ report, demonstrate that CRs can be rejected using up-the-ramp sampling.
rhl did a little work on a proof-of-concept analysis of some H4RG cosmics a while ago, to convince himself that it was CRs that we were seeing, He'll dust that off and write a little report.
