Even with DCB data with only 10 fibres illuminated the slit adjustment code tries to adjust all the fibres, then complains:
reduceExposure.adjustDetectorMap INFO: Unable to measure slit offsets for 614 fiberIds: [2, 3, ..., 649, 650]
Please fix this; it's probably usually benign, but could cause trouble in the future if we e.g. do something cleverer about neighbouring fibres. How-to-repeat: reduceExposure.py /work/drp --calib=/work/drp/CALIB --rerun=rhl/tmp --id visit=101740 spectrograph=1 --config doSlitOffsets=True useCalexp=True |
