 Description   

Please search the pipeline for dependencies on `pex.logging` and remove them, possibly replace them with `lsst.log` if really needed.
e.g.:
drp_stella/python/pfs/drp/stella/stellaLib.i:16:#include "lsst/pex/logging.h"
(which might actually be the only time `pex.logging` gets mentioned as a quick search suggests)

Relates to LSST tickets RFC-29, RFC-203, DM-7000 and related tickets (too many to mention them all here).

I can't see any use of pex_logging in drp_stella any more.
