| Description |

rhl reports that fiberId=1639 has many NAN pixels at the red end of r3 when processing visit=96938. This appears to be due to the fiber profile normalisation being NAN there. Initial attempts at reproducing the NAN fiber profile normalisation with a mockup of the reduceProfile code have not been successful. Investigate to see if it's still a problem, fix it if it is, and fix the fiber profiles. |

After regenerating the fiber profiles, the big stretch of NAN pixels has disappeared. I've no idea what originally caused it or what change dealt with it, but apparently we've made progress without realising. I'll build new profiles for each arm, in case any of the other arms were affected. |

I will attempt to identify the code version that was used to originally generate the bad profile, and ensure it reproduces the bad profile. |

price What is the status of this one? Did you successfully reproduce the problem at a certain version? If so, which version is it? Do you now think this is somewhat related to PIP2D-1319 ? |
