 Description   

I had a quick look at the results of the weekly run dated August 31st (2D version 2023.35).

the results are globally OK (the object type selection works fine for example. The success rate in redshift measurement is only about 70%, dur to unmasked spikes (see below). As well some individual spectra show some peculiar issues :

NIR arm flux calibration

Red arm flux calibration

There are some remaining spikes which are nor flagged nor masked (producing most of the redshift measurement errors)

and in this spectrum there is a huge gap at the R/N interface (or close to)

Results are identical on the Sept. 4th run processed with PIPE2D 2023.36

Could you please report what version of the weekly+scienceSims simulated data was used, and check the md5 of the following file:

I think it's the same at IPMU.
