 Description   

PIPE2D-1242 (sawtooth pattern in extracted flux) was caused by bad fiber profiles that somehow escaped detection. We need to develop code (and procedures) for testing that the fiber profiles are of good quality.

I have recently expanded the plotting functionality in this area (e.g., FiberProfileSet.plot and FiberProfileSet.plotHistograms), but probably of most usefulness in developing metrics that can be used for QA would be {{FiberProfile.calculateStatistics.
