 Description   

Reduce data on tiger ideally the same way it was done on Hilo server.
Kiyoto Yabe Have you used yaml files to reduce the data ?
if yes could you provide them ?
If not do you have the commands you used so we can build a shell script ?

The yaml file is /work/pfs/reduction/process/run11/configs/process_all.yaml on PFSA.

The original plan was to put these yaml files into git, which would allow us to share them. We should sort out how to structure these files.

And, because it was a long ago, can you remind me of the command needed to use this yaml file to process the data?

The commands are in /work/pfs/reduction/process/run11/scripts/reduction_edr_yaml.sh
