We're having a difficult time getting a bootstrapped detectorMap for r2 at LAM. The command is: bootstrapDetectorMap.py /data/drp/sps --calib=/data/drp/sps/CALIB/ --rerun fmadec/r2/bootstrap --flatId visit=49492 arm=r --arcId visit=49491 arm=r -c isr.doBias=False isr.doDark=False isr.doFlat=False --clobber-config |

It looks like the main problem is that the presence of scattered light is adversely affecting the determination of the fiber trace positions. That can be remedied by using a higher threshold in the profile finder (150 --> 5000).
