Christian Kragh Jespersen reports that the sky line list has a few problems. We're also thinking about adding a flag to indicate lines affected by telluric absorption. This ticket will hold that work. |

Doing some work to automate the DM QA using this ticket. Attached is the report of improvement in n1 and (sometimes) in r1.
