Do what it says. When the transition IDs were added to the line lists the NIR lines weren't included. We can get these from pGopher if they're not in the original line list from e.g. Rousselot |

See https://github.com/Subaru-PFS/drp_stella/pull/323 (to add O_2) and https://github.com/Subaru-PFS/obs_pfs/pull/150 (to add the OH line IDs and the O_2 lines) |

The line IDs are in the Rousselot paper, just not in the machine readable version. There are still quite a few unidentified lines, which we may or may not need to sort out. I also added the O_2 (0,0) band of the a^1^∆g − X^3^Σ^-^g transition with guesses at their intensities based on a PFS spectrum – I basically labelled the brightest lines to be not inconsistent with the OH lines, so that a selection on intensity recovered the isolated lines |

Following comments from price, added DUPLICATE flag and marked lines which are duplicates of a merged line (e.g. 7-4_P1e(6.5) and 7-4_P1f(6.5) are merged in the skyLines.txt but not labelled as MERGED, but split in the Rousselot paper's figures; the e and f lines are labelled as DUPLICATE, and the combined ef line is labelled MERGED). DUPLICATE lines are ignored on read, but provide documentation. Also supported writing status field in hex in line list files. |
