The 2023-04 observing run is the first time that we are putting an H4RG on the sky, and we expect to make changes during the run to support the observing. Please put then on this ticket (using comments when possible to track the work) |

So far: better reference pixel handling, defects for n1, dark current subtraction all pushed to GitHub N.b. you'll now need a dark calibration (available on pfsa in Hilo), or set IsrTask.doDark = False |

This ended up being a catch-all tickets for improvements made in the course of the 2023 April/May engineering run. Support for the HgCdTe detectors was the main part of it, but it also contains some other small fixes (e.g., bootstrap). Merged to master. |
