 Description

As we now know which H4RGs will be going into n1 and n4, please update their serial numbers in obs_pfs. At the same time, include the SAM serials:

n1: "18660:116"
n4: "18661:119"

Not quite right: 56 is the SAM serial number. 116 is the ASIC on n1.
The SAMs are purely digital so do not really need to be tracked in DRP.

Changed description as proposed.  Waiting on final SAM serials from CPL and Josh;  watch this ticket

n3: "18321:124"

The recorded ASIC numbers might change, I fear. But n3 at Subaru has H4 18321.

I'm going to update these serial numbers on master unless anyone protests (note added in proof: they didn't). Otherwise we'd have had to merge a ticket branch multiple times.

Updating `n3`

It turns out that some of these values are wrong. Please refer to INSTRM-2017 when updating this ticket, which refers to https://github.com/Subaru-PFS/pfs_instdata/blob/master/config/actors/hx.yaml

Updated gain/readnoises. Note that the read noise values are in electrons (and now really do refer to individual reads). You need PIPE2D-1258 to use them correctly – I should have made the parameter changes there too. Ah well.
