Please update the data in drp_stella_data to the latest simulated Flats and Arc with the new names

Data are in drp_stella_data tickets/PIPE2D-119.
Updated quick-start guide and examples/runPipeline.py are in drp_stella tickets/PIPE2D-119.
To test you can run drp_stella/examples/runPipeline.py.

tests in drp_stella are still failing until PIPE2D-124 is merged into master

I was worried about the "tests... are still failing" line, but, in discussion with aritter, I understand that he means that while this will not fix any problems (which are waiting for PIPE2D-124), it won't introduce any new ones either. In other words, this should be safe to merge without breaking anything.
