 Description

For the sake of quick debugging analyses, we will add the following optional outputs:

  1. Reduced chi-squares of prior, posterior, and likelihood probabilities
  2. The best-fit model template of each standard, which is LSF-convolved and scaled with broad-bands
  3. Whitened model templates of #2
  4. Galactic extinction A(lambda) and E(B-V) of each standard
  5. Attenuated #2 model templates by Galactic extinction

These are made with --debug

Each of #1 will be included in each existing output of probabilities. #2,3,5 will be in a new output together with #4.

EDIT
What we really want, as a substitute for 2-5, is the whitened model flux that is being compared to the whitened observed flux while chi^2 is constructed. We can already output the latter (whitened observed flux), so we want the former (whitened model flux) now.
