Kota reports that donut fitting fails with

I am not able to recreate the issue. Having said that, I have noticed a number of problems in the tutorials that I have created.

1. The code I presented in tutorials was old and not compatible with module files
2. Linting issues

Superseded and fixed in PIPE2D-1179 (at least the bug part - open another ticket for improvements.)
