 Description   

We need to cut a release of the 2D pipeline to support the engineering data release, to allow users to read the data products.

  • Decide how to brand this release (6.0?).
  • Cut the release.
  • Make the fluxmodeldata package available for download.
  • Build a new docker image.
  • Update the installation instructions and related documentation.

edr-20230331 was used for the engineering data release.
