non-linearity should be taken care off by the LSST ISR tasks, although I'm not quite sure what exactly that involves |

It requires building non-linearity tables. You should probably either retarget this issue to do this, or open a new one. We are going to need tables for all 8 CCDs; I'm not sure how we'll handle the HgCdTe devices which could theoretically have different linearity for each pixel (I have no idea if they do) |
