As discussed in this slack thread: https://sumire-pfs.slack.com/archives/CGK2M8D7F/p1663865862070799?thread_ts=1663860127.507019&cid=CGK2M8D7F: ~~PIPE2D-1066~~ introduced a new parameter crosstalk to correct for inter-fiber optical crosstalk as opposed to electronic crosstalk.

As crosstalk can mean either, please rename this to reflect that it addresses crosstalk due to the PSF and scattered light.

The related parameter doCrossTalk should also be renamed.
