 Description   

Following PIPE2D-773, a new warning is added when the user is not using the (to be released) newest version of display_matplotlib and calling the function addPfsCursor.

However, this warning is raised whenever pretty much any drp_stella module is loaded. Restrict this warning to addPfsCursor only.
