In the process of investigating PIPE2D-1049, I ran valgrind on reduceArc.py and obtained the attached log, which contains a few errors that need to be fixed.

One error fixed in drp_stella. The remaining errors are coming from LSST's afw. The fix for that is on DM-35128, but I think that we can live without it until our next LSST update (a variable is being used uninitialised, but I think there are protections in the code to ensure that the correct result is obtained).
