 Description   

Based on preliminary analysis of the black dot data taken during May run, I stated that ``it looks like affine transformation might not be sufficient''. This is based on few minutes of looking at the data as they got in. This statements needs to be quantified.

In the meantime we incorporated non-affine transformation that showed good results. Closing this ticket now. Paiging arnaud.lefur just in case.
