 Description   

Following PIPE2D-884, please regenerate a complete sky line list based on the tabulated data available for the Osterbrock+96, Osterbrock+97, Rousselot+2000 and other sources such as Patat (2008).

The tabulated data for the Osterbrock lines are available here: https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/III/211#/browse. Note that the wavelengths are in air. There is no intensity values available. Line transitions are provided.

The data for the Rousselot lines are here:
https://people.ast.cam.ac.uk/~optics/dazle/sky-data/Rousellot_list_v2.0.dat . The wavelengths are in vacuum. Relative intensity values are provided. No line transitions are available.

The transition information is useful for sky modeling. Please propagate those to the arcLine output following DRP processing. Please also track the reference source of those lines.

Finally, please review manual changes to the skyline list provided by developers and include those where appropriate.
