Currently, flux values of model spectrum are provided for valid pixel (i.e. pixel which are not identified as bad pixel by the mask in the `pfsObject` file). Flux values of model spectrum for bad pixel are set to NaN. Update code to get flux value for every pixel (good ones et bad ones). |
