Just a comment – Currently, LSF pickle files are located on the same directory as `pfsObject` files in the default outputs from 2D pipeline. When we use --spectra-dir option to specify the directory of `pfsObject`, there occurs an error lineĀ `OSError: Header missing END card.` because the pipeline reads the pickle files as well. I think this does not affect the entire processing and we can ignore this so far, but I hope the fix for this ticket will handle the issue properly in future. |
