In the end-to-end processing test with 2D weekly data (full fiber density), a certain fraction of galaxy targets could not be processed. I couldn't find out the error message, but the attached is one of the pfsObject files that were not processed. The configuration is the same as that reported in pfsObject-00001-00000-0,0-00000000000001ec-006-0x7ace412dc05971ff.fits |

I have processed the spectrum at LAM and everything went fine, I get a redshift of 1.23055 hence I suspect related to the PFS client/datamodel/... I have put Ali as assignee for further checks |
