| Description |
|
The current version of the 1d pipeline does not include the best-fit template spectra in the output. There is MODELFLUX entry in the 2nd HDU of pfsZcandidates, but it is currently a place-holder (all the numbers there are zero). Please populate this entry with the best-fit template spectra. The science database team would like to use the best-fit spectra to develop the spectrum viewer. |

I should have pigned you earlier, but this ticket is blocking the on-going science database work. It would be great if you could make progress on this ticket on a short timescale. |

Is the problem fixed in the ticket/PIPE1d-17 branch? If so, I will have a look. |

I've confirmed that the models are in pfsZcandidates. Thank you! |
