Currently, there is no column for flux error in `target` and `fluxstd` table of targetDB. In the flux calibration procedure, the error information is necessary in the stellar typing with the SED fitting using the broad-band photometry. Please add columns for the error information. Error information in `target` would be also useful in future. |

I have added columns for photometric errors in the fluxstd table. You can see the current schema as attached.
For the targets, I'd like to know the exact requirement from the pipeline especially what kind of fluxes they want to use.
