Create a test targetDB on a summit computer. Furusawa-san has already created an account for me and I have access to pfsa-db01-gb computer. |

I thought we agreed to have a proto-type targetDB in the Hilo cluster, no? |

I created a database targetdb_test on pfsa-db01-gb:5433 and populate tables with example data. |

Test targetDB was created and currently populated with objects in the F-star catalog v0.3. |
