 Description   

At the end of the SM1 AIT test campaign performed by the LAM team at Subaru, the SPS ICS software will be migrated to make use of the IIC actor and opDB.

Using the pre-shipping SM1 test case document as a basis, write a new document that enables:

1. Validation of the spsait software system before migration (to ensure that we are ready to migrate)
2. Validation of the migrated software system (to ensure that the migrated system is correctly implemented and that SM1 is functioning as expected).
