Construct a model for the sky. This will be subsequently used for sky subtraction

The "model" will presumably be very simple, the number of photons/second/arcsec^2 on the AG should be sufficient. It'd probably be good enough to report DN/second/pixel as we can probably calibrate the flux measured by the AG to the sky fibres directly.

This is related to INSTRM-928link title. Since we are using SEP now, the sky background is modeled and subtracted when running centroid code. We should close those two tickets.
