this issue concerns data taken at Subaru in Dec 2019 the exposureId in Exposure table is not correct, the site value is "L" instead of "S" [('PFLA000451', 'L', 451, '2019-12-17T21:25:38.241725', 300.0, 'flat', 'junk')]
while in CamExposure we have the correct id [('PFSA00045112', 'PFSA000451', 1, 'r'), ('PFSA00045111', 'PFSA000451', 1, 'b')]
