 Description   

Following INSTRM-858, characterize the fits to MCS raw images based on the real and Gaussian-based PSFs to determine whether the Gaussian-based PSFs are accurate enough.

They are not exactly "Gaussian-based PSFs", they are weighting schemes using Gaussians which are optimal iff the PSF is truly Gaussian.
