| Description |

We should decide if we want to store the information about the centroiding in the database. This would include the parameters used in the code (thresholds, box sizes) and the version of the code used. This would primarily be useful for debugging any problems that arise, or if we want to re-run processing. |

After extensive running of the centroiding code in real operation, the choice of default parameters is quite stable under normal conditions (ie, we don't have something like the dome lights being on), so it is not necessary to store the data for each calculation. |
