 Description   

The MHS-STS handshake needs help strings on the key fields. Since the temp sensors vary between vis and nir cameras, the temps keyword cannot have them. In INSTRM-591 we agreed to add visTemps and niirTemps keys to be able to do so. That is now needed.

Will add viisTemps per the list in INSTRM-591. Not sure what I'll do about FITS cards yet, or how.
