 Description   

Per INSTRM-823, /data is being "flipped" from, say, /data/{mcs,pfs,agc}/$DATE/ to /data/raw/$DATE/{mcs,sps,agc}/. Adjust all usage to match (sub-tickets required).

Probably symlinks would be used during SM1-AIT.

Craig will set up this data structure first at JHU and then at LAM. Changes at Subaru will take place after the SM1 engineering run.
