We need to assign hostname, MAC address, and IP address to a guest VM for ENU actors and roughing pump actors. Hostname "rack5-ics" was proposed by cloomis, but the choice of address block is not entirely obvious. After discussion with yuki.moritani, hostname and MAC address were changed so they "belong" to SCR.
