 Description

As for now, when we are changing cryoMode, we temporarily switch the alerts off, to avoid any fake alerts during transitions...

As we discussed in telecon, it would be really useful and safer that the xcuActor handle that automatically.

For example, if we want to switch from pumpdown to cooldown mode.

When we send the command, the xcuActor generate first a standby mode for 5 min, (0->70W takes about 3min), and then generate the desired mode.
