LAM does not run the same roughing pump that JHU and Subaru do, so they do not run the ics_roughActor. We need to run an instance at Subaru, presumably on the host running in the 5th rack. We will need the address of the MOXA (or other RS-485/RS-232) registered. |

1.1.0 is installed at Subaru. That uses the Subaru `moxa-rough` and `rack5-ics` as the important hostnames. JHU will adapt. |
