 Description   

If status shows reject temperature above some threshold temperature, shutdown the cooler loop. Also generate a synthetic error bit & message for the alertsActor to act on.

  • status command stops cooler loop if reject temperature above limit.
  • Added synthetic error bit (0x100) to indicate this condition
  • limit currently set in .cfg file.
