 Description   

See INSTRM-594. Add 2^12 bit when pump state is on but current and/or pressure are 0.

Also add string field to ionpumpNerrors key, describing all set error bits.

Merged at 4cb50be, tagged 1.10.8.

Tested at JHU. Did not add a string field since it already exists, duh. But did add fleshed-out descriptions for all the Agilent bits and added the synthetic 2^16 as "Suspect live channel", for lack of any better description. arnaud.lefur
