 Description   

We need to sequence the root and pfs-data launches on the BEEs. I think the right/easy way to do that is for the pfs-data launcher to spin on the existence of the /dev/rtdADIO files.

If this is OK, the sleep in the pfs-data crontab can and should be removed.
