To identify fibers, Jennifer needs predicted position in MCS coordinates (in pixel). Coordinate transformation routine should have F3C-to-MCS function. Since deviation from simple scaling is 1 pixel or less (a couple of um in MCS image plane), using only scale factor should be fine. |

I didn't ask review for this ticket, but merged the relevant branch and close this: I tested this code using pin-hole mask position and MCS centroids at the last run for different rotation angle, and Jennifer used the modified code and it worked, so it can be thought the code was reviewed (to some extent).
