Description

There are some sysadmin tasks that need to be done before SM1 shipment to Subaru.

dnsmasq at LAM should be updated to master
the pfs user needs to be 2085:2085, and the pfs-data 2087:2087 and be in the pfs group.

We agreed to not change the uid/gid

dnsmasq was updated
