There is a TAI/UTC extension to the python datetime in actorcore.opscore.astrotime. It is used by at least the archiver.

Not at all obvious that PFS will run on TAI, so we might want to disable the archiver conversion. But I'll still add the new leap second and perhaps neaten the logic. |
