| Description |

We should make the labs a bit more like the observatory, and use the same programs for getting frame IDs and observatory FITS headers all over the project (Subaru, JHU, LAM, ASIAA). We currently either generate frame IDs with a fake ics_gen2Actor or name PFx FITS files using internal logic. And we do not "generate" observatory FITS cards. This is special case code which should be dropped. Note that we do not need uniform frame ids, since we use a different file prefix (PFLA, PFJA, PFAA) at the different sites. |
