| Description |
|
We are careful about opening the gatevalve. We need to actively pay attention to any relevant anomalies (roughing pump status, roughing line pressure, turbo status, communications, site and instrument air pressure, SM power, interlock interrrupts) and close the valve. |

This ticket should ideally be broken down into smaller tickets to ensure that the roughing valve closes for each scenario of concern. |

The new interlock board will handle most real safety concerns, in particular with pressure rising in the roughing line. So this is no longer a critical process. The exception might be the site air; that is still under discussion. |

The new interlock board handles this well enough. Any further requirements should be raised in other tickets. |
