| Description |

This issue was initially filed into JIRA by 'cloomis' at 17/Mar/16 3:00 PM as ICS-27. The Sunpower cryocooler blocks commands which set internal state with a password. The actor-supported commands ("cooler on" and "cooler power") wrap the device commands in a pair of unlock and unlock commands. Either the controller should be unlocked separately, or the raw command needs to grow an "unlock" argument. |

Only the on and off commands needed to be wrapped. So done. |
