 Description

Enu devices will be powered by a PDU (Power Distribution Unit).

As a result, we'll be able to power up/down each device remotely through ethernet.

enuActor will handle the control.

The pdu should be delivered next week

I've briefly looked at the documentation and the command flow is identical to the pdu we use for dcbActor.

I've already copied over dcbActor's code when I've closed INSTRM-214 , it's not likely to be changed.
